The class of 2022 - introducing our newest Account Managers

From Wales to Northern Ireland, South Coast to the North East, our Account Managers span the UK, dedicated to supporting our dealer partners. Whether it’s keeping dealers up to date with the latest regulatory updates, introducing our newest products and initiatives or just being a friendly voice at the other end of the phone, they’re always on hand to help.

Danielle Goulbourne, Gloucester

I’ve been with MotoNovo for just over 3 months, coming from a role where I am familiar with speaking to dealers about how they can improve their websites. Since starting at MotoNovo I have had lots of great training and there is much more to come. The company have been extremely accommodating. I have also met some great people on my Account Manager Development courses and I thoroughly enjoy learning more about this role/company as a team. All in all, I’m very excited to progress my career with MotoNovo in the future. 

Nina Middleton, Dorset

I’ve had such a lovely warm welcome from everyone, and get a real ‘Can do, will do and want to’ vibe  which is really refreshing to see.  The training and induction structure are detailed and really well thought out, gradually things are starting to make sense! I’m looking forward to becoming part of a team of industry experts.

The last three months with MotoNovo have been very rewarding in terms of personal development and my own integration into the South East team and the wider business as a whole. The Account Manager Development Programme, as well as the mentorship that I am receiving, has ensured that I’m becoming equipped with the tools I need to develop the Kent region and the dealers that sit within my remit. I look forward to progressing these relationships further, as well as forging new ones in the future.

Matthew Skyes, North East England

I joined MotoNovo Finance during April and have found the entire team very welcoming.  This is a fantastic company to work for and I strongly believe it has a market leading proposition in the Motor Finance sector.  There’s been a lot of change in the industry over the past 5 years or so, and it's evident from dealer feedback that we have been instrumental in rolling with these changes and adapting to what good looks like for both the customers and dealers alike. I really look forward to my time here and feel like we are in the perfect position to achieve our collective goals for the new financial year and beyond.

I’ve been with MotoNovo for nearly 5 months and have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far. Everyone in the company have been so helpful and I never feel afraid of ringing and asking  questions…even when it might seem a daft one! I’m looking forward to my career within MNF and the best thing is being part of a great team!
