Our 2021 award wins
The past few weeks have been certainly been one to remember. We’ve been recognised industry wide, taking home a number of award wins! This success is a huge credit to all the hard work our teams do to support each other, our customers and dealers, staying true to our Triple Win principle.
Supporting our customers and dealer partners through changing lockdown restrictions and FCA updates, all while innovating new products and initiatives, we’re proud to be recognised and celebrated for another year running.
Here’s a snapshot of a few of the awards we’ve won:

Not only have we been recognised as a business, but individually too. Six of our hugely talented colleagues were shortlisted at the Women in Credit Awards. Unlike any other awards, these celebrate and champion the work of incredible female leaders, empowering and supporting achievements across the finance industry.
Doing MotoNovo proud, the shortlisted candidates were:
- Victoria Loosmore - Team Player of the Year
- Claire Fussey – Team Leader of the Year
- Amy Dicomidis - Transformation of the Year
- Courtney Putland - Innovator of the Year
- Laura Griffin – Outstanding Returner
- Debbie McKay - Colleague of the Year
Debbie McKay, Head of Motor Major Accounts and Claire Fussey, SME & Commercial Sales Manager were recognised as winners in the Colleague of the Year and Team Leader of the Year categories. An incredible achievement for both and all of the candidates as they play an essential role in inspiring future female leaders.
All of these successes underline our commitment to innovation, service, digitisation, diversity and growth. We’ll continue providing the best service for our customers and dealer partners long into the future.
