MotoNovo rounds on Confused.com finance mystery shop
MotoNovo Finance has issued a strongly worded rebuttal of comments about car financing made by Confused.com in the Daily Mail.
The online aggregator conducted a mystery shop of 100 used car dealers for the newspaper to find what finance rates were being charged on £10,000 vehicles. The reported found the average rate offered by dealers was 9.4% APR compared with 3.2% available online.
However, MotoNovo has branded the results as being "highly selective".
