MotoNovo, the car finance firm who might just turn out to be the challenger to the all-powerful classified cars for sale website Auto Trader, have appointed Phil Morgan to head up their new online classifieds venture which is being called

Morgan, who is ex KPMG and Grant Thornton, comes to MotoNovo following six years with price comparison site where he was Chief Finance and Operating Officer.

Although the site does not become fully operational until Q3 of 2017, at this stage MotoNovo say they have signed up 1,500 dealers to their new website which would mean 75,000 used vehicles are listed for sale, some way short of the 466,000 listed on the Auto Trader site.
